Urša Goršak was born and raised in a small country town of Slovenia. After completing her undergraduate studies in Marketing Communication and Public Relation from University of Social Studies in Slovenia she worked extensively as an executive communication consultant in PR and advertising agency. In her mid twenties she completed Level I Reiki and her life changed forever. Soon after she quit her successful job, sold everything she had and jumped head first into a mysterious adventure of a life time. She moved to California in 2005 where she resides now.
In 2010 she became certified Kundalini Dance ™ facilitator and has been facilitating workshops for women ever since. She holds Transformational Facilitation and Coaching certification from School For Transformational Facilitation and Community Healing Arts. She is a dedicate mother, dancer, lover of life and nature, and a passionate student of Kundalini Yoga and archetypal work.
Ursa brings authenticity, sincerity and refreshing honesty to her facilitation. With her unique hands-on approach she is able to intuitively read between the lines and guide her clients to the heart of the matter. Through inquiries, experiential exercises and embodiment practices she supports her clients to become aware of and transform their limiting belief systems and naturally move from a place of contraction into expansion.
In her private coaching practice she works primarily with women going through life-changing transitions in their life, such as divorce/breakup, mothering, change of career, grief etc. Using powerful inquiries, somatic embodiment practices and nature based rituals, she is able to support women to move pass the contraction and step into their authentic embodied confidence. She believes we already have the answers to all the questions, all we have to do is learn how to remove the obstacles and trust our innate wisdom. Her primary role as a facilitator is to support her clients in uncovering their most natural way of being and movement in life.
She works as Partnership and Youth Outreach Director for non-profit California Global Youth Peace Summit, focusing on supporting and empowering disadvantaged youth, including refugee and immigrant youth resettled in California. Being an immigrant herself she has a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities that come with that.
