Solstice Yoga & Dance Studio, Santa Rosa

You are invited into sacred and safe community of other women, where we will explore the art of setting boundaries that foster true connection with ourselves and each other. Through dialog, embodiment practices and dance we will tune into the differences between live-giving and defensive boundaries. Life-giving boundaries open doorways to authenticity, vulnerability and grounded confidence. Defensive boundaries create walls of separation and isolation and ultimately make us turn away from life and others.

In this workshop we will explore:

  • What are the risks (downfalls) of unclear and hollow boundaries

  • How Self-respect and self-accountability are keys to setting boundaries that lead to more compassion and generosity

  • How cultivating self-trust and self-loyalty leads to real, authentic confidence

  • How authentic confidence is not the same as (or leads to) arrogance

  • Art of compassionate boundaries as path to more personal freedom and connection.


NOW WHAT? is an invitation for WOMEN to step out of our busy lives and feel the power of pause, so we may connect deeply to the innate wisdom of their being and explore what is alive & essential in our lives. It is an invitation to Return to Living Fully.

In a safe, inclusive space we pause into what is here right now, honoring places of contraction and resistance. Through dialog, movement, somatic awareness practices, contemplative inquiries and simple rituals we slowly become completely present to what is, grow our awareness and soften our edges. In the silence of our mind and deepening our breath we connect to our innate wisdom.

  • Setting healthy boundaries by honoring connection and not creating separation.
